“White Marlin Mall will have something interesting for every member of the family at our first-ever Super Sidewalk Sale and Technology Fair,” Mitchell said. “We have allocated four full days for the event, so everyone will have an opportunity to stop by, no matter how busy their schedules might be.”

A “Technology Tent” will be set up on the White Marlin parking lot near Route 50 to protect electronics featured at the Fair.

The Super Sidewalk Sale plans to attract early season bargain hunters.
Participating White Marlin Mall merchants will display their merchandise in the area directly in front of their stores.

“Shoppers will find some of the best priced merchandise of the year on the sidewalks of the White Marlin Mall,” Mitchell said. “This Spring sidewalk sale is just like our Fall sidewalk sale, except that this week’s Super Sidewalk Sale will be held for four days in a row.

While technology and electronics will also be displayed by participating merchants in front of their store, the Technology Fair area is situated next to Route 50 on the parking lot next to the White Marlin Radio Shack.

This Technology Fair is planned as a place where customers and providers of technology can meet in an informal way.

Exhibitors are scheduled to show samples, computer animations, simulations, and videos on their technologies.

“We hope this will be a real one-to-one communication setting,” Mitchell said. “Interested parties and technology users can find all the necessary information to begin the trek on to the road that leads to the new world of wireless technology.”

The 1st annual White Marlin Technology Fair will feature major lines from RCA, Compaq, Samsung, Motorola and others.

Major partners in the event are Sprint PCS, Verizon and Direct TV as well as RCA and Compaq.
